Who you deal with

The passages we quote are from translations in the public domain. Our explanations, questions and the layout of our books are our own work. You may print the books you bought or downloaded for your own use. Please do not resell or re-upload them.

Not therapy

Our videos, emails and books are for reflection and learning. They are not therapy and not medical or psychological advice. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a counsellor.

Purchases and refunds

Digital products are delivered by download right after payment. If one is not for you, our refund promise applies: email us within 30 days and you get every cent back, no questions.
