Your privacy, in plain words

We collect as little as we can. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

WiseDreams is run by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME + ADDRESS], based in Belgium. For any privacy question, write to support@[SITE].

What we collect, and why

• Your email address and first name (if you give it), when you ask for The 30 Passages. We use it to send you the PDF. That one email is part of the service you asked for.
• The daily passage email, only if you tick the box. You can stop it with one click in any email.
• Where you came from, such as “YouTube” or the name of a page that linked to us. We store this one label with your email so we know which places help people find us.
• Your purchase, if you buy the evening book. Dodo Payments processes the payment. We receive your email, what you bought and the amount. We never see your card details.

Who helps us

• Brevo (France) sends our emails and stores the email list.
• Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for purchases and handles sales tax.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• YouTube plays the embedded video, using its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube’s own privacy policy applies when you play it.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. When you arrive from a tagged link, the source label is kept in your browser only for that visit, so it can travel with the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your email while you are on the list. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Write to support@[SITE] and we will answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
